Bruce Stokes ist Direktor des "Global Economic Attitudes" im amerikanischen Pew Research Center[wp]. Er war Senior Transatlantic Fellow im German Marshall Fund[wp] und Senior Fellow im Council on Foreign Relations[wp]. Er ist Mitautor der Studie "NATO Publics Blame Russia for Ukrainian Crisis, but Reluctant to Provide Military Aid".
